Join Breakthrough T1D Upstate NY and other local parents & caregivers on the first Wednesday of every month on Zoom for our Virtual T1D Connections Meeting. Here you can share your experiences caring for a child or loved one with T1D and get support, advice, and connection with those who understand.

Can’t make it this month? Don’t worry! These meetings take place at 6PM on the first Wednesday of every month (excluding holidays).
