Join us for T1D Family Fun Day, co-hosted by Camp Hopewell and Breakthrough T1D! This event is designed for families living with Type 1 diabetes, offering a mix of fun activities and meaningful support. Kids can enjoy games and crafts, while parents participate in a guided discussion about life with T1D, gaining valuable insights and connecting with others.

You’ll also learn more about the amazing programs offered by Camp Hopewell and Breakthrough T1D. It’s an afternoon of play, connection, and empowerment for the entire family

We will provide coffee and snacks for the adults as well as well as for the kids. Camp Hopewell’s Diabetes Camp Director, Mrs. Maguerite Baker, MSN,CPNP-AC will also join us to answer any questions you may have from a medical perspective. She is also a T1D!
