Calling All T1D Families!

There’s nothing sweeter than getting together with your Dia-Besties! Join us for a casual Get-together with other people who “Get-It”. This will be a wonderful time to connect with other people & families in the area who living with T1D every day. Appetizers and Ice Cream will be provided. All are welcome! Whether you’ve been living with T1D for 2 months or 20+ years we would love to have you!
