Meet for a walk through Heather Farm Park in Walnut Creek with other T1D Adults. On the scenic one hour walk, we will connect in a casual setting. Before we head out, you will hear from Dessi Zaharieva, PhD, CEP, CDCES and Breakthrough T1D NorCal Board Member, about some recent advancements and some of her favorite tips for exercising with T1D. And, you’ll meet lots of other great T1D Adults!
