Join Breakthrough T1D at Chase Center for our upcoming Golden State Warriors game!  Cheer on your basketball heroes with other members of the Breakthrough T1D community while supporting type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. A portion of each ticket sold will benefit Breakthrough T1D.  The first T1D youth participants to secure tickets will enjoy special fan experiences. Due to limited capacity, priority is for youth with T1D for these experiences. If space is available on the night of the game, siblings and friends might be able to join.

April 6 @ 5:30 PM vs. Rockets: The first 20 T1D youth participants (5-18 years old) will be selected to high-five the Rocket players as they run onto the court!

*All Fan Experience Programs are contingent upon fulfilling the ticket minimum. Program details will be shared with eligible participants one week before the game date.
