Breakthrough T1D Community Summit – Northern CA

September 21, 2024, San Ramon, CA
8:00 am - 1:30 pm (Pacific Time)

Our Community Summit is now a free event, but please feel free to donate!

Breakthrough T1D’s Community Summit brings together the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community for a day of education, inspiration and connection. Learn from medical experts at a variety of breakout sessions, hear motivational messages from T1D champions, stay up-to-date on the latest technology and treatment options and meet others in the T1D community. Attend our Vendor Fair and hear about the latest in T1D research, support, and technology. Breakfast, light snacks, and lunch will be provided. We will be hosting a Teen Track for teens in grades 8th – 12th. We will be partnering with DYF to host a Youth Camp for children grades K – 7th. Space is limited, so please make sure to register in advance. We will be hosting a Spanish track for those more comfortable speaking in Spanish. Si está interesado en registrarse, comuníquese con Paola Reynoso  PReynoso@breakthroughT1D.org.

We are grateful to our national industry partners for making the Breakthrough T1D Community Summit possible at our chapter. If you want to learn more about our partners, please visit our vendor exhibition or click here.

Venue

The Roundhouse Market & Conference Center

All parking at the Roundhouse is free. The lot closest to the entrance fills up fast. We recommend parking in the overflow lot which is the first right after turning off Camino San Ramon and onto the driveway to the Roundhouse. If you’ve already circled the roundabout in front of the entrance to the Roundhouse, continue back down the driveway to the main road and turn left into the overflow lot. If you park in the overflow lot, the path to the Roundhouse will be in the Southwest corner of the lot. It is a couple minute walk, so please make sure to allot for time to park.
