The Breakthrough T1D Northern California Chapter hosts monthly E-Meet & Greets for all ages and stages of T1D and caregivers. Additionally, we offer “Ask the Endo” and “Ask the Therapist” sessions, as well as gatherings for a T1D and Neurodivergent Support Group and the Spanish-speaking community—all on Zoom.
