Get ready for energy and excitement as we share more about this year’s Walk, grab some new branded Walk swag, learn what to expect on Walk Day, and how to earn fun incentives! It’s also a great way to meet other Walk teams and meet the Breakthrough T1D Charlotte staff.

After the Walk Hype Party, enjoy a fun evening of racing and fireworks at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Let’s all cheer on professional racecar driver, Hunter Jordan, this year’s T1D Walk Champion in the race. More info below!

Champions Night with Fireworks & Autograph sessions!
Tuesday, July 30, 2024 – Breakthrough T1D Hype Party @ 6:30. Meet at the Corridor, look for the Breakthrough T1D table!

Admission: Purchase your tickets at the Gate 4 ticket booth when you arrive. We will have special seating in the 100 level of the Grandstands. 
Adult Ticket: $15
Kids 12 and under: FREE!

Schedule: *Please note that doors will open at 5:00 PM and races will begin at 6 PM in 15 minute increments. 

• Breakthrough T1D Walk Hype Party at 6:30 PM with a special appearance from Walk Champion, Hunter Jordan, T1D professional racecar driver (Meet at the Corridor, look for the Breakthrough T1D table!)

• Hunter Jordan’s race will begin around 8 PM

• Autograph sessions will be available after the last race/right before the fireworks begin

• Fireworks will begin around 9 PM
