Date: Thursday, April 12th, 2018 (2nd Thursday of every month)
Place: Urban Air; 15364 Weir Street, Omaha, NE 68137
Time: 6:30pm—8:00pm
Activity: Urban Air Ultimate Package: 1.5 hours, access to all attractions to include Trampolines, Dodgeball, Pro Zone, Slam Dunk, Drop Zone, Warrior Course, Ropes Course and Climbing Walls. (Includes Urban Air Socks)
Cost: $12 per youth living with T1D. (Breakthrough T1D received a group rate of $18 per person and is able to cover $6 per each attendee living with T1D.)
*Waiver: Please complete the Urban Air Waiver and bring with you on April 12th.
