T1D Strong All Year Long Soccer Camp

This 3-day camp over the summer is hosted by the Children’s Diabetes Foundation and the Colorado Soccer Foundation. Camp features soccer, arts and crafts, team building, and more! Healthcare providers from the Barbara Davis Center will be onsite to help manage diabetes and answer parent questions at check-in. There are limited slots available!

Between one and three weeks prior to the start date of the program you will receive another email requesting Additional Player Information. The form must be completed a minimum of 5 days prior to the start of the event for your child to attend.
