Join Breakthrough T1D, Children’s Hospital Colorado Springs and the Colorado Springs Support Group for a Back to School picnic! Come meet other families from the Colorado Springs T1D Community and a healthcare provider from CHCO will be there to answer any questions you may have about T1D and school. Kids can create and decorate low kits that they can bring to school with them.

Pavilion #1 is located right near the playground – look for the Breakthrough T1D signage.
