Plastipak has been a tremendous partner to Breakthrough T1D in many ways. In 2015, Plastipak became the first ever Statewide Walk Sponsor for the Breakthrough T1D One Walk’s in Michigan.  President and CEO William C. Young served as the Corporate Chair of the Metro Detroit walk in 2014.  Absopure Water Company has generously donated product to many Breakthrough T1D events in Southeast Michigan.  Plastipak is committed to shrinking the company’s environmental footprint through a series of “earth-friendly” initiatives that continue to grow through the creativity of Plastipak associates.
