Kick Off Summer with Breakthrough T1D at the Cape Cod Walk

We are excited to announce a new Walk location for the New England Chapter!  The Cape Cod Walk will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds in East Falmouth.

Check-In: 9:30 a.m.
Walk Starts: 10:30 a.m.
Length of Walk: 5K

The Breakthrough T1D Walk to Cure Diabetes is a fun, happy, healthy, and effective way to show your support for all those living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and to raise funds for Breakthrough T1D—the leading global organization focused on T1D research.
