We are so excited to join our local T1D community in Wilmington DE for an afternoon in the park connecting with other T1D’s and families! Meet other local T1D’s and families who know what you go through on a day to day basis, as well as some of the Breakthrough T1D staff who can share more information on Breakthrough T1D events and resources.
Light refreshments will be provided but please bring a picnic lunch if desired.
