Newly diagnosed kids, teens, and their families are invited for a morning of fun, information, and an opportunity to connect with other families in the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community. Meet Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) staff, representatives from local hospitals and clinics, diabetes device vendors, and of course – Rufus, the bear with diabetes. Bring your Rufus with you for a diabetes check up!
Breakfast will be provided.
